Privacy policy

Superabundance Labs ("we") makes Centri and Centri Core. This page explains what we collect, and what we don't, on this website and in Centri Core.

The website

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, which product you signed up for, and when you signed up. That is all. We use it only to tell you about Centri, such as when you get access, and we never sell or share it.

• No cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.
• We do not store your IP address. It is held in memory for about a minute to stop abuse, then discarded.
• The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles the connection to your browser. Fonts are loaded from Fontshare. Both see your IP address as part of delivering the page, under their own privacy policies.
• Waitlist data is stored on servers we run, with backups on our own machines. We may keep a working copy in our Google Workspace.

Centri Core

Centri Core runs on your computer. It records the sessions of the coding agents you connect (such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, OpenCode and Pi) and keeps them, and the memory built from them, in the ~/.centri folder on your machine.

• It has no telemetry. Your sessions and memory are never sent to us.
• Your agents are still the products of their own vendors. What they send to their providers is covered by those providers' terms, not by Centri.
• When you install, you choose whether Centri brings in your existing agent history or starts fresh from that moment.
• centri uninstall disconnects Centri from your agents. Your memory folder stays, so nothing is lost by accident. Delete ~/.centri to erase it.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete your waitlist entry, email us at the address below and we will do it within 30 days. Every email we send will include a way to opt out.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will email everyone on the waitlist.
